Emergency Card

Use the Emergency Card to design and print your own personal emergency information card.

It's as easy as opening a page, and clicking the print button. By default, the emergency card includes just the information you will need in a medical emergency, but lets you customize the display to include just what you think matters most.

• advance directives (organ donor information, etc)
• alerts and allergies
• important conditions
• medications
• identifying image
• insurance information
• ... and anything else you want
