HealthFrame allows you to include any file and associate it with a particular record (such as a medical test or visit). To add an attachment, open the Attachments group (by clicking on it) - and hit the 'Add New' button (a file picker dialog will let you select the file to attach). Then either open a selected attachment by clicking on it and selecting "open" or delete the selected attachment by selecting "delete". This will only delete the attachment from the section and topic that your are in (e.g. Health section, topic "Test").
Attachments can be associated with either visits, communications, or tests by simply going to the record in question (e.g. a particular visit page), and opening the ‘Attachments’ section
