Demo Download Troubleshooting

The most common problems people encounter with downloading include:
  • Platform incompatibilities
The current version of HealthFrame requires Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows Vista. See the FAQ for details.
  • Corrupted download cache
Some web browsers will download an incomplete or corrupted copy of a file (due to network errors), and cache that downloaded copy so that when you try to download again, it just uses its (bad) cached copy. The easiest way to work around that problem is to download from one of the alternatives below.
To verify you have a valid (uncorrupted) download, just check the installer's digital signature.
For example, after downloading and saving the installer, right-click, properties, click details, as in [properties/digital signature screenshot].
  • A popup blocker is interfering with the download
If you have a popup blocker installed - it is probably warning you that this download looks like a popup. To complete the download, you will have to (at least temporarily) shut off your popup blocker, or tell it that its OK to download this one executable file.
  • Using a slow (e.g. dialup) internet connection
We apologize, and are considering ways to remedy this problem.
